With a team approach to design and programming which engulfs all the related disciplines of urban design, civil, structural, electrical and mechanical engineering, landscape architecture as well as interior design, an integration of expertise in various fields, is achieved. This warrants a comprehensive approach to effective project execution from day one to completion of the project. This is all done with the primary goal of serving the client, who is always seen as the author and the reason for whatever undertaking. We work closely with our clients, listening, understanding and satisfying their needs.

The latest techniques and computer programs are used by the firm as it works to realise the  clients set objectives.

CREATIONS CONSULT has a highly qualified, experienced team of local and foreign professionals who can handle architectural, planning and project management work to a satisfactory completion. The firm affiliates with other international companies when the need arises

2. Strong Design Philosophies (DP)
For each of the categories of building design, CREATIONS CONSULT, has developed strong design convictions that are carried through for the success of projects. These concepts are results of time-tested design assignments and annual research of markets and materials.

3. Annual Research of Markets and materials (ARM)
CREATIONS CONSULT annually invests its resources in what has now famously been referred to as CREATION CONSULT ‘ARM’. A study of the market – clientele, client needs, building functional use and their shortcomings, help our research department annually develop design guidelines enabling effective client satisfaction.. A materials resource study is also done at the same time, to update our materials availability list, pricing and sourcing.

4.  Information Technology (IT)
CREATIONS CONSULT has an IT Department, where dedicated staff spend hours exploring possibilities offered by computers in improvement of our design work. Individual members subscribe and contribute comments to architecture specific software developers as high level end-users.

5. Training
Through its staff development programme, CREATIONS CONSULT has seen its team mates become multi-disciplinary through exchange of ideas and information across professions. We are also involved in upgrading architecture professional practice in Uganda by offering training to other firms.
